Attorney Beyza Bakan is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law. She practiced as a litigation attorney in Turkey for seven years, providing legal representation and advisory services particularly in the fields of urban transformation law, real estate disputes, contract law, and labor law.

She has experience in construction agreements in return for land share, contractor–landowner disputes, and title deed litigation arising from urban transformation projects. In her Master’s thesis at Marmara University, she examined the use of crypto assets within the scope of money
laundering offenses and conducted academic research in financial crime and regulatory compliance.

She currently resides in Germany and advises and represents individuals and legal entities with ties to Germany in real estate and investment-related legal matters in Turkey. She has advanced proficiency in English.
