• Design, audit, and continuous improvement of data protection systems in compliance with Turkish and European data protection regulations
• Preparation of internal data processing inventories, explicit consent procedures, and privacy policies
• Assessment and fulfillment of registration and notification obligations under the Transparency Register
• Establishment of internal audit structures, risk analyses, and control mechanisms in accordance with anti-money laundering legislation
• Structuring of compliance and reporting procedures aligned with supply chain due diligence laws
• Implementation of internal compliance structures including ethics committees, whistleblower systems, and internal controls
• Risk assessment and development of preventive action plans in preparation for compliance audits
