Attorney Nazan Gültekin is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law. She practiced as a litigation attorney in Turkey for eleven years, providing legal counsel particularly in the fields of white- collar criminal law, contract law, and medical law. In the area of white-collar criminal law, she advises on the management of criminal risks arising from commercial activities and corporate processes, and provides legal support throughout investigation and prosecution proceedings. She further strengthened her expertise in medical law by completing a Master’s degree at Istanbul Medeniyet University.

She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in German Law at Georg-August University of Göttingen, with a particular focus on data protection law and medical law. She approaches cross-border legal matters from a comparative perspective and provides advisory services in matters involving the intersection of Turkish and German law.

She is a member of the Turkish Criminal Law Association and is professionally proficient in both German and English.
